Handgun Qualification License (HQL) Registration

This 4-hour training course fulfills the Maryland State Police (MSP) requirements for obtaining a Handgun Qualification License (HQL). Taught by certified instructors at Faith, Family & Firearms, this course covers essential firearm safety, Maryland state firearm laws, handgun operation and maintenance, and includes a required live-fire session.
